The course gives you concrete tools to analyze conflicts, act effectively at each stage, and prevent escalation. Learning points:
Identify the four stages of conflict: latent, recognized, felt, and open. Understand the different roles in conflicts: active party, non-active party, third party, mediator, and observer. Learn strategies to manage conflicts constructively at each stage. Reflect on your own role in conflicts and how it affects outcomes. Apply the Conflict Escalation Ladder to prevent minor disagreements from turning into major problems.
