With many years of experience from the Danish Police, 3 years of experience from the security industry, more than 30 years of teaching experience, including 16 years as a teacher in conflict management and violence prevention, holding more than 2000 course days, working as a substitute in the specialty area, it gives me the basis to offer my customers a professional and present concept that can be adapted to the wishes and needs that may be. Compared with my experience and knowledge from my own education and teaching, I therefore have the best prerequisites to give you a practical course with high academic content and a great benefit.I am the primary contact, and ensure that the tasks are performed according to our customers' wishes. and expectations.In daily practice I offer teaching and holding courses, workshops, lectures and supervision. Both online and virtual training as well as physical education. I am a specialist in gentle self-defense and gentle use of force in nursing, psychiatry and the specialist area, but I always work from the approach that the use of force is a last resort. I am happy to assist your organization with the preparation of internal guidelines, policies and the preventive structures that relate to your work environment.

The aim of this course is for you to be able to identify and deal with conflict before a crisis occurs. This course is suitable for anyone that works in a team environment, whether you are a manager or not. The course has five main objectives: to identify the different stages of conflict and describe what happens at each stage, to explore your own relationship with conflict and how it can affect performance, to learn how to stop conflict from escalating and move both parties

The course has five main objectives: to identify the different stages of conflict and describe what happens at each stage, to explore your own relationship with conflict and how it can affect performance, to learn how to stop conflict from escalating and move both parties to agreement, to determine your natural style for dealing with conflict, and to understand the process for using negotiation and/or mediation for resolving conflict.
